*Claims 

All reservations under 80% Turo Vehicle protection with $750 deductible. We cover the deductible on a resolved claim thru Turo if amount of a Claim over $2500. Claims lower than $2500 will be offered to resolved independently with guest to avoid deductible, if guest declines we move it to Turo claim.

*Delivery: delivery distance is up to 15 miles from Carsana location. Each extra mile is $5.

*Parking fee: parking fee begin after 3rd day of service/repair alert, if approval didn’t received from owner. Or on the next day when agreement between Carsana and owner ends.
